Cross Country

Cross Country!, Wow we had a great day at school.

Hot and warm I felt the breeze coming straight past me. A few seconds, get ready, set, go I was jogging with a steady pace as my feet were smashing the ground with the mud rising up to my legs.The crowd cheers our names out,Go Texas you can do it,Go,Go,Go.

Oh no my feet sunk in the mud,smack,smack I lifted up my legs so I can catch up to the others.Hi five to one of the college boys, Shayne ran as fast as he can to slide on his stomach.Well he really did it I thought he wasn't going to.

Cool TJ you can do it said"Ms King" so yea I was catching my breath and had a chance to run in the puddle.Woo who Its time for my second lap,Oh man another lap I was exhausted.Hi said" one of my Aunty's,come on Shayne lets jog properly.Jogging with Shayne we were going to run and we did.

Mr Barks was looking after Grace and I thought she was faking it,but she wasn't so she got sent home.

Run,Run the boys were fast like Starford and some others.Oh what the others have went to class except the year 7&8's.

I am so proud that I ran Past the finish line,I was so thirsty.

   

Accelerate Goal

Afghan's

Woo Who my dad and me made some Afghan's also I have the Recipe, 

Ingredients

200g butter, softened
½ cup Chelsea Caster or Organic Sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ¼ cups plain flour
¼ cup cocoa

1 ½ cups cornflakes, lightly crushed.

Me and my dad were just sitting down kicking back but then we had a recipe and the recipe was Afghan's.
one step at a time my dad let me have a little taste just in case. I rolled and pushed down the Afghans and anxiously I clearly put the tray in the oven and set the timer.20 mins aright starring at the oven I waited,waited and waited then 10 mins.   

finally I scooped a chocolate icing and slowly pored it on my Afghan. Delicious and tasty Afghans I ate.

  

Maths Goal For Next Term

My goal for next term is Learn about decimals and learn fractions more often.
This would make me a more better person at maths for the first time,All this and all that I must learn to get to a hire stage or an hire level.

Yellow Hat - The things I enjoyed

I enjoyed making a garageband soundtrack for our movie.Also  it was pretty cool when I got to do a little bit of the animation.

Black Hat - Which things didn’t I like.

I didn’t like it when I got told to do different things each time.

I didn’t like it when Antonio was mucking around

Green Hat - What was something interesting about this week. This week was not that impressive because i had to go to maths club.Each day I had to go to the maths club,but Isiah was telling me off saying i had to stay but i couldn’t.

White Hat - What did I learn.

I learned that I can really make a cool sound on garageband.Also I learnt how to record while you are still in a document.

Blue Hat - What can I do better next time.

I can do better like saying the voice over.I can do better with helping Isiah or Antoni
