How does a musical instrument create sound?



Task: Write an explanation to describe how a musical instrument creates sound e.g. a guitar.

1. There are different  types of guitars that have a different shapes, different sizes and different sound. The guitar that we have in our class is shaped like a pear but the stick part Is a bit long. Did you that there Is a strap for the guitar, when you walk  around with the guitar In your hand
  
2. What are the parts of the guitar? The tip of the guitar is called the head, If you damage the head that means you can’t tune it I think. Near the head there are tuning keys to make the sound high or low. There are strings that are attached to the head and the bridge, The bridge Is at the bottom   

3. How Is sound created from a guitar?
When I strum the nylon strings It vibrates and sound travels Into the soundhole then It bounces out to make a louder sound. For an example If I was strumming the guitar with a pick the pitch will sound clearer and It would be easy to strum. There Is a electric guitar that Is quite heavy and loud. What I like about It Is that you can plug it up to an amplifier to make It sound really loud and you can also change the volume.
